Welcome to a renewal of the mind, the thought patterns, behaviour and neurological habits that accompany anxiety and unnecessary stress or pathways in the body.
Sometimes anxiety is just simply a stress response that we no longer need but has found its way into our every day life as a response to something that happened a long time ago.
Let's relieve ourselves from some (or all) of that unwanted stress in our body by letting go of some unwanted habits and learning this technique that reharmonises the energy system, the hormones and eventually the neural pathways for long lasting or permanent change.
Sometimes it is our thoughts that create anxiety and sometimes it is just a reoccurring pathway and release of chemicals that we can't control.
This episode we help to dissolve both with this incredible technique that our ancestors would have used.
