Donald MacFarlane is a hematologist/oncologist on the faculty at the University of Iowa, and developer of "Lexeme", a patented innovation with the potential to truly disrupt the field of medical records and the way clinical narrative notes are generated, processed and coded. Lexeme is currently pre-prototype and could benefit from dialogue (so-called "customer discovery") with clinicians from a wide variety of specialty areas.
