1. Declutter; Decluttering your space is going to open up the mind and create stress
2. Plan; Making a plan and sticking to it is going to keep you on track and leaving you feeling accomplished because you were able to execute each task at hand.
3. Focus; Stay focused on what you are doing, You will accomplish a lot more this way instead or starting a bunch of things and not finishing.
4. Stop Procrastinating; The task has to get done, so finish it righty away. Creates less stress and you have better control of the outcome.
5. Stay Organized; Staying organized will help you not waste time and get things completed fast.
