William (Bill) Johnson has been an appraiser since 1988. Mr. Johnson is presently self-employed as an independent fee appraiser and is a licensed certified general appraiser in Michigan and Nevada, focusing primarily on commercial buildings and single-family residence. He has a multitude of certifications, license and professional affiliations in the appraisal field as well as degrees from Michigan State and Lawrence Technological University.
