Imagine a life where you are equal parts researcher, businessperson, accountant, educator, bartender, creative, curator, and finally a manager of people and relationships, oh and multiply all this times two. That is the life of this episode's guest Jen Davis. Jen got her start bartending at 18 and has tended bar in nightclubs, biker bars, restaurants, and cocktail lounges. She has also been a national brand ambassador for a distillery and Jen and her colleagues helped establish the rise of high quality cocktail bars in Providence RI, no big deal. All that experience has built up to Jen's current role as the Beverage Director for both The Eddy, and Durks BBQ, two very different establishments with very different audiences. Jen has become skilled at wearing many hats, adapting to her surroundings, and mentally switching gears, skills that she shares with you the listener in this episode.
