Aish Ravi is a business and economics teacher and football coach who is currently in her final year of completing a PhD at Monash University. Aish is the founder of the Women's Coaching Association, Co-opted member of the Football Australia Women's Council and is on the Football Coaches Australia executive committee. Aish’s PhD research focuses on the lived experience of women football coaches in both community and elite settings in Australia to understand how power is exercised at a micro level in football. With this research, organizations can improve their coach education programs and pathways to enable more women coaches to succeed.
