I open up about what I'm currently going through by offering insight and advice on how to weather out the storms. I also reveal my technique of seeing life as a movie script as a healing tool to restore power back into your life. I advocate for mental health and explain why I'll be taking time for myself to take care of her mental well being and emotional health.
