Caitlin (she/her) grew up in a small town in Vermont and from a young age, pursued her dream of becoming a professional ski racer. After a series of knee injuries and some time ski racing in college, she found her way to the bike. First, for fitness, and eventually, for racing. She now works at SRAM as a contract recruiter and races gravel, XC mountain biked, and cyclocross for the Easton Overland team.
