In this episode Michelle and Nadya have the pleasure of remotely sitting down with Valerie Worthington. Valerie is a 2nd degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blackbelt, board certified life coach with a PhD in Educational Psychology and is currently working on her Master's degree in mental health counseling. Valerie credits Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with allowing her to take the plunge towards living her best life and preserving her mental health. She talks us through the scary process of being honest with yourself and how to not fade when faced with self doubt and other self-prescribed uncertainties. She is a huge proponent of making choices that make /you/ happy as well as a big believer in always being your most honest and sincere self.
