On this episode I spoke about the importance of enjoying your free time and being able to detach yourself from being busy. I spoke about how this past weekend with my wife and kids gave me a chance to appreciate time well spent. In a time where everyone is promoting "work work work" and "busy busy busy" I think it's important that we take some time for ourselves with no pressure or requirement to handle tasks. Being productive is a great thing and should be held on a high pedestal but giving your mind some free time should be held equally as high if not higher. Most of these early episodes of this podcast will probably be from my personal journey but if it connects with you that means even more. My apologies for some of the audio issues. I'm still trying to figure this all out lol.
