Signing off from the online world with a final Life Chats ep. I share with you all of the amazing things we have been up to over the past month, from our family holiday in Paihia, Sunny's personality and all the fun we are having together, how I am feeling inspired to get back to my biz and community (you) in 2023 and so much more from the past 4 weeks.
I share an easy + simple way to reflect on your 2022 and set intentions for 2023 with three questions you can contemplate or put pen to paper if you choose.
I talk about the process I've been in when it comes to choosing what we would like Christmas to mean to us as a family now we have Sunny and the pressure to do it all, which has resulted in a very slow, simple Christmas for Sunny's first Christmas.
I finish off inviting you to check in with boundaries that you may need to put in place with family, friennds and the people around you over the next few weeks -remininng you that it's okay to put your needs first over this period, so you get to enjoy it in a calm, spacious and nourishing way.
