During a quiet reflection I was inspired to write what you now see in a video podcast, hope it inspires me as much as it helped me in my times of lows & highs, the title seems a little bizarre, to say the least, 'Why would someone be thankful to be hurt ' , but isn't pain an indication that you still have life left in you, ever seen someone whose part of a body or the entire nervous system went numb, that part becomes lifeless right? what if there is no pain at all forever, then that's death!
