The ARCast is a platform that discusses various topics related to addiction and mental health. However, one of the most neglected topics is the feeling of suicidal ideation. Many of us are struggling with different issues in life, and it is crucial to recognize that we are not alone in this journey. Today, we are fortunate to have Anthony "Palo" with us.
