Dungeons & Dragons. IGN reports that WizKids has opened preorders for official Baldur’s Gate 3 miniatures, including Astarion, Gale, Karlach, Lae’zel, Shadowheart, Wyll, and Withers. The set is being sold for $49.99
Final Fantasy XIV. IGN reports that in light of the devastation wrought by Hurricane Helene in the southeastern US, Square Enix has halted the automatic deletion of character houses due to inactivity. This was done to give those affected by the storm ample time to log back in to maintain their homeownership.
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. IGN reports that the latest Zelda title is the first mainline game of the series not to credit Shigeru Miyamoto.
Magic: the Gathering. Wizards of the Coast announced that following the resignation of the Rules Committee, they will take over moderation and management of the Commander format.
The Sims. Eurogamer reports that Sims 4 is getting a spooky update that will include embalming, a grim reaper job, reincarnation, ghosts, and more.
Valheim. Polygon reports that a crowdfunding campaign for Valheim: The Board Game is live on Gamefound. A preview video showcases gameplay elements that include exploration, crafting, and a cute cardboard house to keep your crafted items!
