In this episode of The 7th Voice Podcast, I sat down with Darin Perrett, a manager and broker with Royal LePage Signature. #the7thvoicepodcast

Darin shares his journey from the corporate finance world to becoming a real estate agent in 2004, a 20-year journey in the world of real estate. He recounts his initial challenges and lessons learnt in joining a brokerage because of family ties. An experience that led him to understand quickly the importance of treating clients well and why good service will lead to repeat business and referrals, regardless of the transaction size.

Our conversation also touched on the need for agents to balance using social media and technology with maintaining personal relationships and direct communication with clients.

His transition from being a successful real estate agent to a management role has now led him to his passion for coaching and helping others succeed. He also shares some of his advice for new agents on how to choose the right brokerage.
