This episode features an interview with Lance Spencer! He is the owner/operator of the Chick-fil-A Summit Fair location in Lee’s Summit, a suburb of Kansas City, MO. Lance has worked at Chick-fil-A since he was a teenager and loves to serve people well. Joey interviews him to discuss why it’s important to stay tethered to Jesus in order to serve and lead well in any area for the glory of God. This episode will give you insight into the importance of servant leadership and why it’s important to serve others as Jesus served others.
