On April 28th, 2021 the mummified corpse of a woman found in a Crestone Colorado home was reported to the Salida Police Department. It was later discovered that this was the corpse of Amy Carlson, the leader of the Love Has Won cult. But what would lead a McDonald's manager and mother of 3 young kids to abandon her family and home and start a cult?
