My medical treatment in USA was done by Ideal Posture and Spine https://postureandspine.com/. Carolyn is a Wellness Coach at the institute. She has this amazing enthusiasm for people and health. She has a great heart and real warm energy. Dr Katally told me that while I am in Charleston, SC, I should try and talk to Carolyn about how she got into being healthy. This is my chat with her which I thoroughly enjoyed and were it not for our lunch break being over - would have continued for much, much longer.

More About Carolyn
Carolyn became intrigued with the connection between food and health while living in Hong Kong with her family in 2008. After life changing experiences for her family, Carolyn began to study this food connection when she returned to the United States in 2011. Her education includes an Integrative Health Coaching Certification from IIN, a Culinary Nutrition Expert Certificate from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition, Colin Campbell Foundation Plant Based Nutrition Certification and a Health Minister Certification from Hallelujah Acres. Carolyn is also a Registered Holy Yoga Instructor. Carolyn works closely with the doctors to teach patients about lifestyle and food choices to move toward the best outcome for their health journey.
