This week I wanted to revisit a fantastic podcast conversation where I went over WHY and HOW to set your kids up for success this summer…because setting your kids up for success is going to give YOU the peace of mind and productivity you NEED too!

As I encouraged my kids to wrap up the school year, I found myself intuitively giving them a crash course on setting goals for summer.

But WHY NOW?

When I questioned my motives later, I came up with some pretty darn good reasons!
