Have you ever thought about how one day, we’ll experience something for the very last time—without even realizing it? Maybe it’s the last time we take a walk outside, share a laugh with someone we love, or enjoy a simple, everyday moment.

I’ve been reflecting on this idea a lot, especially as I’ve watched my dad’s health journey. There was a day that was his last time walking outside unassisted, his last time cooking for himself, and his last time moving around freely. None of us knew it would be the last (but here’s hope for a better tomorrow!).

In this episode, I also talk about how life and relationships can change, and how we often don’t know when our last conversation or moment together might be. Life is full of these quiet, final moments, and I want to help us all reflect on how we can cherish them while we still have them.

💡 Highlights You’ll Learn in This Episode:

  1. How I’ve come to realize that life is full of “last times” we don’t notice until they’re gone.
  2. Why it’s so important to be present and grateful for the moments we often take for granted.
  3. Practical ways I’ve learned to honor the present and cultivate gratitude in my daily life.

✨ Who This Episode Is For:

  • You’re someone who wants to live more intentionally and cherish the little things.
  • You’ve experienced change and want to reflect on what matters most.
  • You’re looking for simple ways to practice gratitude and be more present in your daily life.

📚 Resources & Mentions:

  • Journaling Prompt: What’s one thing you’d cherish more deeply if you knew it was the last time? What’s one action you can take today to honor it?
  • Gratitude Practices: I share ideas like ending your day with three things you’re grateful for, writing letters of appreciation, and saying “I love you” more often.
