Why did we name the podcast Sink or Swim. It's a choice those of us have when we are dealing with the long term affects of the covid-19 virus. Hear us discuss the issues with Doug and his 2 years plus of Long Haulers Long Covid (we call it Chronic Covid Syndrome). Staci and Doug both discuss how Sink or Swim is how life is on a daily basis. You are sinking and need to "get back up" or you depend on someone to help you get out of a sinking time...hope and a purposeful outlook to find those things that get you up and laughing and seeing the light of the day are what gets you to "Swim" through the day.
