Tracking calories works for some, and when it works it works really well, for some.
The problem is that the some are a vanishingly small portion of the people who try it, for the vast majority tracking calories leads to disappointment, and failure
And a sense that it's just too hard to get results
There is a better way, that firstly you can get just as good results, and secondly is way easier to stick to for the long term
The reason it isn't popular in the main stream fitness industry is because it actually doesn't take specialist knowledge, like tracking calories does
Which makes it perfect for beginners!
