Have you ever wondered if your menstrual cycle affects your athletic/adventure performance? Well I'm here to tell you it DOES. On today's episode I talk about the 4 different phases of our cycles and how we can alter our adventure strategies to support our cyclical health and maximize our adventure potential. Give this episode a listen to hear about the 4 phases and specific examples of ways to adventure during ALL of them. This is NOT a go hard or go home approach. It's actually the opposite - we're softies and hardies and we know balance because it's built into our bodies.
