Rishi Iyengar, the global technology reporter for Foreign Policy Magazine, joins Brian for a conversation on the US-China cyber rivalry and the strategic objectives of both countries in cyber space. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Fergusson College in Pune, India, a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University, and is an alumnus of the Young India Fellowship.
