The journey continues on Season 2 of the Justice with Jax Podcast, which continues to chronicle the journey of the historic Civil Rights case Armendariz & Chinook Center v. City of Colorado Springs, et al. (2023), which is now in the U.S. District 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Armendariz & Chinook Center v. City of Colorado Springs, et al. is the first case in U.S. history to provide undeniable evidence that federal and local law enforcement unconstitutionally spied on Black Lives Matter social justice protestors in retaliation to their political speech & actions.
