I recently held a poll on Instagram about a topic that you may want to hear about, and I got a lot of my responses that most of you wanted to hear about setting healthy boundaries. I’m not surprised since it is such a challenging thing to do. Especially, if you’re not used to doing it. Let’s talk about that today.
