When you’re ready to shift from the edge of overachievement mode to embrace a little more lazy by accessing calm and self-compassion, it can be challenging to get our mind + body out of that high adrenaline state. For some, it’s extra hard because you know the quieting that comes with stillness can evoke feelings in your body that make you feel unsafe.

Dr. Tarryn MacCarthy, a potent human and valued leader as a Happiness & Transformational Mindset Coach for dentist and doctors, shares her personal journey, insights, and expertise to the table as she encourages you to create safety so you can be still when you need and choose to be.
