Dr.Stephanie Fitzgerald is a clinical psychologist and a neuropsychologist by specialism (a medical doctor who diagnoses and evaluates how the brain affects behavior)
She is also the author of 'Reworked' - putting health and happiness at the centre of your career. Her focus is on looking at how to be happy, health, safe and engaged at work. Her book is AMAZING and as I sat down to read, I found myself feeling like she had written the book for me! Her style of writing is literally bang on point with our idea behind this podcast - straight forward, no jargon and easy to understand.
We had a great discussion about her book and some of the topics she covers but this one hour podcast just touches on a couple of key points so I highly recommend a read (or a listen as it's also available as an audiobook)
