34-year old Nursepreneur, Health Enthusiast, Wife and Mother of three, Ashley Newman started her meal prep company, Prepstart Lifestyles almost 6 years ago with her husband Darnell. As a child and throughout young adulthood, she struggled with obesity, so it was important she share her success with weight loss through meal prepping and physical activity. She started as a self taught home cook but her business soon blossomed into something bigger than she ever imagined. Her business Prepstart Lifestyles was voted The Best Health Food Restaurant in 2021 and 2022 by The Killeen Daily Herald readers poll. With the success of her meal prep company, Ashley has also branched out to start other successful businesses that she runs with her husband Darnell. Ashley continues to strive for success and has become a pillar in the community in The Central Texas area as she continues to inspire others through her testimony and determination for success.
