The targets of such laws are students, older people, people who move towns. They are losing the right to vote because of the onerous demand for proof of citizenship, which is hard to meet.

We discuss how the tax system has allowed the very rich to accumulate wealth, and keep it by using the tax code. Low end wage stagnation has made this possible: the very rich get richer, and everyone else stays in place. This can only lead to societal breakdown eventually.
