We're going to cover the risks of cesareans, why they happen, and I'm going to share some tips, some practical, but enlightening tips to help you avoid one.
I cannot emphasize enough how:
- education
- choosing your provider wisely
- having a powerful birth plan
- staying healthy and active
- having an educated support person
Will keep you out of the line for the operating room. And that is really what we want.
