Summary notes

Welcome to the Public Health Report. We have three very captivating research papers to discuss.

The first article comes out of Northwestern and discusses the rise in fatal opioid overdoses in older adults. Our next story comes from the Journal on Nutrition Education and Behavior. The researchers analyze why there is such a distinction between what a kid orders at a restaurant than an adult. Lastly, we will discuss social media and its potential impacts on our physical health. The researchers at University of Buffalo used college age students to see their levels of a specific chronic inflammatory biomarker.
