As we grow up, we learn and experience many things that make us who we are today. However, it's those negative experiences from childhood, whether they were traumatic, or simply just experiences that taught us to believe certain things, they all have one thing in common... We are still holding on to the negative energies associated with whatever happened, or whatever we experienced. And these negative energies are imprinted deeply within us, and if not healed and released, those past experienced tend to get in our way and hold us back.
