Join Nick Lamagna on The A Game Podcast with our guest Patrick Precourt! He is an investor, speaker, author, rugby player, fighter and educator out of Connecticut. He went from a background as a builder and home inspector and found a catalyst to transform his life through real estate investing.
He bought his first property at 25 years old and has done over 1000 transactions specializing in short sales and pre-foreclosures. He has expanded into other asset classes and multiple strategies including a soft spot for boutique senior living spaces. After finding a talent for teaching others how to follow his path of success he played a major role in building the successful education company Fortune Builders.
He made a decision to leave education and study human behavior where he specializes in helping entrepreneurs get unstuck and achieve previously mentally unattainable goals and turn their passion into dollars. He opened his own martial arts academy and fitness center called The Cage where he tests and implements his knowledge of mindset and human behavior to parallel business and martial arts principles altering athletes behaviors. He leads by example and even stepped in the cage himself competing in a mixed martial arts fighter!
