Dr. Marshall Jones is an innovator in higher education and applied research methodologies in criminal justice. He completed his undergraduate and graduate education in criminal justice, industrial-organizational psychology, and business administration while working full-time in law enforcement.

Marshall is an active lecturer on criminological theories, forensic investigations, delinquency and prevention, serial offenders, violent crime, death investigations, organizational behavior, and leadership. Marshall has spoken at the FBI's National Academy (NA), the Florida Police Chief's Association, the Missouri Sheriff's Association, the National Advocacy Center, the Florida Crime and Intelligence Analysts Association, and the International Association of Crime Analysts.

Marshall is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He currently serves as an assistant professor and program director at the Florida Institute of Technology's School of Psychology in Melbourne, Florida.

Jose Florez, better known by his pen name Joey Florez, is a writer on psychology, law, and digital culture. He completed his undergraduate education in applied psychology, cum laude, at the Florida Institute of Technology and is currently a graduate student in forensic psychology at NSU.

Florez has served as a contributor for publications such as the Huffington Post and Engadget. His work has been sourced and featured in newspapers, magazines, radio, and television news outlets, as well as scientific journals and books. Florez's first book, titled "A Short Introduction to Psychology," is set to be released in book stores nationwide later this year.
