Sometimes it takes a new country, birthing a tiny human and a pandemic to start your next chapter!

This week I’m speaking with Judith Keys- and we’re talking about two of my favourite subjects FOOD and new paths in life.

Judith ended up in a secretarial role after school to start earning some money and got kind of stuck. It took moving to France, the birth of her second son and an online cooking class lightbulb moment for Judith to start her new company, My Food in France. My Food in France Ltd includes a paid cookery membership, interactive, online, cook-along classes for teams and individuals, and will soon be organising retreats close to Judith’s home in Provence.
