Love it or hate it, artificial intelligence (AI) has arrived in full force and it's here to stay. This guided meditation contains purely positive suggestions on how to embrace the power of AI in your life as it relates to you personally, as well as releasing fear, and stepping into the flow of life through your own personal power. Ultimately, we have a choice over how we use information that comes to us. You can use AI to your advantage, whether it's inventing something, writing a book, doing research, creating abundance, developing new products or anything else you aspire to achieve. This meditation guides your ability to master these choices, in whatever way is best for you.
The Power Your Mind "Sleep Series" guided meditations are designed to download and listen repeatedly while sleeping or relaxing. There is no "induction" or coming up, just purely positive suggestions over calming music, in a seamless loop for maximum effectiveness. Only 6 minutes long, listen repeatedly for 30+ days for best results.
Why the 1st Person? Power Your Mind sessions use a first person format rather than the third person. You become mentally stronger when you take ownership of your affirmations, rather than allowing someone else to “tell” you what to do.
