Are you the hero of your travel business?

Oftentimes we hear that you should make the client the hero of your business. We would argue that you need both. Learning to tell your story in such a way that shows off your special sauce and how you can be the hero to your client is a powerful tool.

Too often we see travel advisors operate as “secret travel agents.” Or we see travel agents use anecdotes that profess their love for travel, but, really so what? Being able to tell your story in such a way that shows off your special sauce and shows that you are the solution to a problem that your ideal client is facing is a powerful marketing tool, and one that is not used enough.
