This is a reminder for anyone who is being Too Hard on Themselves. @Ian Koniak, I had a coaching call with Ian yesterday and realized that I was holding on to the past things that happened ten years ago. I am certainly not the same man as I was back then. This is a reminder to be kind to yourself.
