Our mental health is something that many take for granted or even never consider and it is something that we all should take more care of, especially at Christmas when we are consumed by being supposed to be happy and joyous, but in reality for many it is not a happy or joyous time.

We discuss just how important it is to check in with ourselves and others , how others perception of us can sometimes be totally wrong and how as men we are always supposed to be a man and be ok !
