Tzara Attwater is a relationship development coach, specifically with a focus on anxious attachment styles and attachment theory.
It's 2024, dating has become a complete mess and relationships seem to be more complicated than ever before. There could be many reasons why this is happening but everything indicates that the main reason is the dynamics between different attachment styles, how these can create emotional wounds between people, and how the lack of knowledge or awareness of our own attachment style can keep us in the vicious cycle of making erratic decisions when choosing a partner.
Tzara shares her knowledge of attachment theory and her experience as a relationship coach about how attachment styles work, what they are, and where they come from. She also shares the dynamics between attachment styles, the behaviors associated with them, and how people can start moving from an insecure style to a more secure one.
In this episode, you'll learn:

  • Where attachment theory comes from
  • Differences between attachment styles
  • Reasons why people develop insecure attachment styles
  • Techniques on how to become more secure
  • Toxic attraction between anxious and avoidants
  • Plus much more
