My sister, Shelby, my sister-in-law, Becca, and I talk about what it is like for them on the other side of addiction.
For many families, battling addiction is their reality. It was for us.
My sister talks about what it was like dealing with an addict (me) while in active addiction. She also touches on the steps she took to plan an intervention. Lastly, she talks about what it looks like for the family now that I am in recovery.
I will always be grateful for the steps that she took to help me get sober. Always remember that we are Cardinal Strong and that I Love You More.
(Fun Fact: I have two brothers and two sisters, not all were mentioned in the podcast, but they have also been a huge part of my recovery journey as well. I appreciate you all for the endless amounts of love and support you have brought to my life.)
