With the end of the year approaching, I’m starting to see all around how “we need to make the last weeks of the decade count”.... as if you were not doing enough already. But what is worse, it’s leaving a lot of us feeling like we need to do more, achieve more, hustle more, in order to feel fulfilled and worthy of any kind of self respect. The truth is, the only thing you may end up feeling is overwhelmed and burnt out. What if instead, you turn to gratitude and understand how you ARE enough as you are, and wether you hit that goal or not before the decade ends, doesn’t change that.
