Debbie Cosic is the Founder & CEO of In2ition Realty – Debbie commenced her real estate career in the 1980’s, after graduating from the University of Toronto. Founding her own company, she has become a self-made businesswoman in a highly competitive industry. Foreseeing a need for an innovative and dynamic player in the industry she launched In2ition Realty in 2008. Since inception, she has overseen the sales and marketing of over $20 Billion Dollars of real estate. Recognized not only as an astute professional but as a fearless innovator in the industry. Debbie is a member of the board for the Canadian Women’s Council of Real Estate Professionals (CWCREP) and the Toronto Artscape Foundation. She recently completed a two-year term as a member of the BILD Board of Directors. She has been honoured with multiple business and civic awards for her contribution to both the real estate industry and the community. Debbie is known for her generous spirit and someone who has mentored countless professionals in the industry. She has successfully assembled a devoted team in whom she has instilled the same passion and values that she is known for.
