Grandpa Dan returns to wrap up your work week with the Friday installment of The Daily Nationalist. Trump has started naming his cabinet picks. Unsurprisingly, virtually all of his foreign policy team is made up of pro-Zionist lunatics. Some of his domestic picks seem decent but his own party is already threatening to be sure those don’t go through.

Meanwhile in the UK, a woman journalist has been given the Sven Longshanks treatment over a Twitter post from last year. Isn’t it funny how these things always expand to encompass larger and larger segments of the population?

In other democracy news, the AFD is becoming more popular in Germany. Since the people like them, this of course makes the AFD a threat to “our democracy” and moves are being made to outlaw them. In Britain, Starmer is already polling lower than his predecessor. This shouldn’t be a surprise considering the fact that the Labor Party wasn’t voted into power because everyone suddenly liked their policies but rather the people collectively came to the conclusion that it was pointless to vote for the Tories. All political systems are held together by some level of legitimacy. As such, the current system is starting to show more and more signs of coming apart.
