Michael Taylor, a GP for 20 years, sought financial freedom and time with his family. After reading Property Magic, he joined PIN’s Mastermind programme and shifted into property investing.

Why Property?

Tired of the NHS grind, Michael wanted an income stream beyond his salary. Covid reinforced the need for change, leading him to HMOs for cash flow.

Building a Portfolio

His first deal fell through after a fire, costing £15K. Undeterred, he and his wife Laura secured multiple HMO projects, refining a 3-bed to 7-bed conversion model.

Success & Future Plans

Michael left his GP partnership, achieved Mastermind Top Performer, and launched a portfolio-building service. He aims to scale with blocks of flats and small developments while enjoying extended summers abroad with family.
