Nicole Sciacca is a yoga teacher and trainer, FRCms, professional dancer, and mom to her precious son, Beau. Currently she trains working moms, entrepreneurs, former athletes, and A-list celebrities in Los Angeles. She has been featured on The Doctors TV, E! Online, and in The New York Times. You can practice with Nicole in person at AVIATOR NATION in Santa Monica or on her platform SWEATANDSTILLNESS.COM where she offers live weekly classes, hosts an On Demand library, guided audio meditations and personal assessments. Formally she was the Chief Yoga Officer at Playlist Yoga in West Hollywood where she curated high energy music based flow classes while speaking to conscious, functional movement and yoga philosophy. Prior to that Nicole owned and operated Hustle & Flow Fitness in Venice, Ca.
