I know that I am suppose to drop and episode every Monday and Friday, but things got on top of me, and I promised myself that I would not be one of those inconsistent podcasters, Iv'e already built a little consistent audience who looks forward to me dropping episodes, and so although this isn't one that is all detailed or even structured and more just chat and motivation it's still one that flows and hopefully motivates you to get up out of that funk.
