For the inaugural launch of P.O.C. (People of Chattanooga) Podcast I could not be more happy than to have Jason Bowers on the show. He opens up and shares his wonderful story of how he created not one, but two very successful bars/restaurants here in Chattanooga. From growing up as a missionary kid in Central America to his hilarious proposal story to his wife, Jason really gives an honest hard look at where he came from and what it takes to run a restaurant. Also touching on the uncertainty of the COVID-19 virus that just forced his hand to shut down dine in-service, and what he has to do to continue to stay in business as the economic rug of stability has been ripped underneath us in the blink of an eye.
