Natalie Treviño, Owner and chef of The Roughian, has taken inspiration from from one of the darkest moments in her life and has turned it into something that adds so much love and light to everyone that attends one of her dinner experiences. Taking care of her Oma developed her innovative cooking style and she found the courage to build something of her own despite the countless “no’s” she received in the process.
